Analytical Method for Fluthiacet-methyl By HPLC

A method for separation and quantitative analysis of fluthiacet-methyl by HPLC with acetonitriile and water as mobile phase, ZORBAX SB-C18 column and DAD at 230nm wavelength was described. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient was 1.000, the standard deviation was 0.32, the variation coefficient was 0.33%, the average recovery was 100.07%.
