Determination of Cyazofamid and Its Metabolite and Fluazinam Residue in Chinese Cabbage by HPLC-MS/MS

The method for determining cyazofamid and its metabolite and fluazinam residue in chinese cabbage was establised based on HPLC-MS/MS. The sample was extracted with acetonitrile,purified and detected. The quantitative analysis of exteral standard calibration curves was used. Results showed that between the addition concentration of 0. 01 ~ 1mg/kg,the average recoveries of cyazofamid and its metabolite(CCIM) in chinese cabbage were 93. 6% ~ 97. 2% and 87. 3% ~103. 3%,the relative standard deviations were 3. 4% ~ 10. 6% and 2. 6% ~ 4. 5%. The limit of quantification for cyazofamid and CCIM in chinese cabbage was 0. 01mg/kg. Between the addition concentration of 0. 02 ~ 2mg/kg, the average recoveries of fluazinam in chinese cabbage were95. 0% ~ 108. 1%,the relative standard deviations were 4. 4% ~ 5. 8% The limit of quantification for fluazinam in chinese cabbage was 0. 02mg/kg. The method is fast,simple,accurate and reliable.
