Preparation and characterization of graphene by oxidation-reduction method

This paper prepared graphene by Oxidation-Reduction method.Using graphite powder as initial material,firstly prepared graphite oxide by Hummers method,then using Hydrazine Hydrate to reduce graphite oxide and the graphene was finally gained.The surface morphology and structure of samples were characterized by SEM and TEM,and the dealultimated samples were confirmed to be graphene through XRD.Comprehensive analysis shows that the graphene prepared here has very few layers and high thermal stubility.
