Analyses and Prospects of Extreme Climate Disasters and the Plan of Storing Grain among the People from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization Strategy

Sino-US trade war in 2018 and climate change have a great impact on China's grain production.Extreme weather events such as droughts and floods, frequent pests and diseases, and the gradual increase of extreme climate change will bring many serious challenges to China's future grain production. In general, the Sino-US trade war and extreme climate have had a great impact on China's grain production and agricultural development strategies, with the increase of extreme weather events and trade frictions in recent years, it is very important to protect agricultural production. Due to the geographical remoteness and time urgency of extreme disasters, in order to alleviate China's food security pressure and promote rural revitalization in China, through the analysis of the characteristics of extreme weather and natural disasters, the authors proposed private food security and rural revitalization civil plans and strategies that would be suitable for China's rural areas by establishing a mutual insurance agreement between urban and rural residents and revitalizing China's rural economy.
