Residue Experiment of Imazaquin 5% AS on Soybean Field

A simple and sensitive method has been developed for the determination of imazaquin in soil and soybean.Average recoveries of imazaquin in soil ranged from 90.7 to 100.6% with RSD equal or lower than 6.6%.The recoveries of imazaquin in soybean are 88.4-96.6% and the RSD is 3.1-6.7%.LOQ of imazaquin in soil and soybean are both 5 μg/kg.The half life of imazaquin in soil was tested to be 10.75 days.No imazaquin residues were detected in soil and soybean at applications of 150 and 300 g a.i./ha with a harvest withholding period of 106 days after the treatments.
