Synthesis and Insecticidal Activities of Phthalic Diamides

[Methods] 13 Novel phthalic diamides were synthesized from substituted phthalic anhydride,2-amino-2-methylpropionitrile and heptafluoroisopropyl aniline.[Results] The chemical structures of the target compounds were confirmed by 1h Nmr,ir and ms.And the biological activities of the target compounds were tested.The control effect of compounds 6a against Plutella xylostella,helicoverpa armigera hubner and spodoptera frugiperda were 90,100 and 75% at the concentration of 0.8 mg/l,against helicoverpa armigera hubner and spodoptera frugiperda were 55 and 50% at the concentration of 0.16 mg/l,respectively.[Conclusions] These novel phthalic diamides showed high insecticidal activities against lepidopterous pests.
