Discussion on Spatial and Temporal Distribution of Meteorological Disasters in Liupanshui City of Guizhou Province and the Impacts on Agriculture

HUANG Tian-fu et al(Liupanshui Bureau of Meteorology,Liupanshui,Guizhou 553001)  
Based on the terrain and climate characteristics of Liupanshui City in Guizhou Province,the meteorological disasters in the area temporal and spatial distribution were described,including storms and flooding,thunder,arid,hail and frost.Then,the impacts of meteorological disasters on agriculture were analyzed.Moreover,the defensive measures were put forward from following aspects,including enhancing modern agriculture weather forecast level,improving the quality of modern agricultural meteorological information,promoting modern agriculture meteorological disaster monitoring,early warning and assessment.
