Analysis of influencing factors of and interventions in unhealthy psychological reactions of servicemen in marine environment

This paper describes the unhealthy psychological reactions of servicemen in the marine environment.The reactions grow from a mild level to a severe level due to psychological stress,character flaw and psychological diseases.They are considered to be related to such factors as special living environments of naval vessels,personal characters,interpersonal relationship,and hard and dangerous tasks.For these reasons,this paper proposes the solutions to these unhealthy mental reactions,for example,improving living and working conditions during navigation,strengthening psychological training,making a schedule for work and rest in rotation and conducting psychological counseling.
