Supporting and Protecting Technologies in Bad Location of Soft Crag Tunnel Excavation

On the basis of the analyses of the characteristics of soft rock project,deformation mechanism,and positive and negative monitoring in practical engineering,this paper analyzed the characteristics of bad locations in soft crag excavation and put forward coupling support control technologies in bad locations.In practical project,unequal intensity of coupling control technology is applied to the second supporting of bad locations,with the result of a successful control of the deformation of surrounding rock and the stability in excavation.This technology is characterized by its simplicity,reliability,high-speed and low cost.As pointed out in the paper,this technology is mainly applied to soft rock,and its feasibility in multilayer and broken rock mass is still to be ascertained.
