Effect of Combining Application of Organic Manure and Chemical Fertilizer on the Senescence of Leaf in Summer-planting Peanut

Field experiment was carried out to understand the effect of combining application of organic manure and chemical fertilizer on the leaf senescence in summer-planting 'Huayu 22'peanut. The results showed: Combining application of organic manure and chemical fertilizer was able to improve LAI,Chl and soluble protein content as well as activity of SOD,POD,CAT,while decrease the MDA content in leaf. That is to say that combined application delayed the leaf senescence rate and enhanced photosynthetic accumulation during the later growing stage of peanut plant. Among the treatments of fertilizer-application,the effect of the combination of organic and chemical fertilizer application was more effective than pure mineral fertilizer (PMF) or pure organic fertilizer (POF) on delaying leaf senescence of peanut. So it was the perfect fertilizer application which is good for peanut.
