Four types of images of kiwifruit, i.e., proton density、diffusion coefficient D distribution、T 1 distribution、T 2 distribution magnetic resonance image, have been measured on a 4.7T mini imaging system. The T 1、T 2 and D values corresponding to different parts of kiwifruit were extracted. Three water suppressed 1H localized spectra were obtained and compared with a high resolution NMR spectrum of kiwifruit juice. The useful information about the morphological structure and material composition of the kiwifruit has been therefore noninvasively gotten.
