The Principles, Methods and Ways of Developing the Core Competence of Higher Education Institutions

Higher education institutions can not keep prosperity for a long time unless they are supported by the core competence. The core competence is the basis on which higher education institutions surpass rivals and put themselves in an invincible position.This article put forward the principles, methods and channels of developing the core competence of higher education by analyzing its implication, characteristics and functions.
