基于LibQUAL的图书馆服务质量评价及实证研究

LibQUAL,a tool provided by US Association of Research Libraries to evaluate the service quality of library is described.The article discusses the application of LibQUAL in the evaluation of service quality in library from the empirical perspective.The limitations of LibQUAL as a tool to evaluate the service quality of library is also discussed.The article puts forward an idea of constructing a perfect service quality evaluation system by combining LibQUAL with other evaluation methods.
