This paper begins with the analysis of the definition of quality of information commodity. It makes an approach into both the natural and the social attributes of information commodity. The author points out that the quality of information commodity appears respectively as the absolute and the relative qualities, comparative to the natural and the social attributes of information commodity. Affected by numerous factors, the absolute and the relative qualities of information commodity have certain differences in quantity. With the formula of the approximate implicit function, this paper explores the relationship between them. Finally, the author sums up the meanings of the present study.
