The Knowledge Representation and Semantic Reasoning Realization of the Mandarin Fish Disease Diagnosis Based on the SWRL

The reasoning technology of the Expert System fails to solve the problem of the inference,and can not intelligentize the system.The Ontology and Semantic Reasoning built the complete application structure for the Web system,the SWRL and OWL can provide with the defined concepts and Relations,and realize the inference on the semantic level.Aiming at the characteristics of the mandarin fish disease diagnosis,this article built the mandarin fish disease diagnosis ontology and SWRL rule,and using the Jess engine to implement the application model for the mandarin fish disease diagnosis.The research provide the reference to the fish disease diagnosis system for building the semantic rule and also built the reasoning application model for the Semantic fish disease diagnosis system.
