Restricting Factors and Strategy of Tacit Knowledge Sharing

Based on the definition and significance of tacit knowledge sharing,the paper analyses the 4 obstacles of tacit knowledge sharing and points out 7 countermeasures,including organization culture,trust mechanism,practice community,stimulating mechanism,CKO and mental mode.
