Multi-objective Reliability Optimization of Transmission Gear Set Based on NSGA-Ⅱ

Taking a minibus transmission as the object of study,under the conditions of defined transmission structure and optimized gear ratios,a mathematical model for multi-objective optimization of transmission gear set is established with reliability as main constraint and the minimum total volume of gear set,minimum center distance and maximum total contact ratio as objectives.A multi-objective optimization on transmission gear set is performed with non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm Ⅱ(NSGA-Ⅱ)and its Pareto optimal solution set is obtained.The results indicate that the model and the optimization program are correct and effective.
