Generalized Yield Criterion for Sintered Powder Metallurgy Materials

In the paper,a generalized yield criterion is deduced based on the basic plastic deformation laws for sintered powder metallurgy materials.New ways for confirming pending parameters in generalized yield criterion are brought forward by analyzing influences of pending parameters on the yield criterion and some shortages in the traditional ways.Based on the single axial compression of sintered iron cylinder specimens,the rationality and applicability of generalized yield criterion are validated for sintered powder metallurgy materials.
