Characteristic Simulation of Radial Stiffness of Radial Tire based on Complex Tread

A Three-dimensional FE model of 175/65R14 radial tire with complex tread pattern is established with nonlinear FE analysis software MSC.Marc.Rubber-cord compound material and super-elastic rubber material are simulated with Rebar model and Yeoh model respectively to simulate the whole process from tire rim mounting,charging to vertical application of load,the radial stiffness characteristic of tire under different pressure is thus acquired.The comparison with test results verifies correctness of the simulative analysis.
