Study of Solenoid Valve Control Method for Hydraulic Automatic Mechanical Transmission based on dSPACE

In order to study the control characteristics of solenoid valve when the hydraulic automatic mechanical transmission in shift progress and control the oil pressure of the clutch effectively, we acquire the current- pressure characteristics of the solenoid valve with experimental method based on the test bench of this transmission and by using the rapid prototyping platform of d SPACE, and then the clutch pressure is controlled by using current closed- loop controller. Test results show that this method enables the actual current follow the target current of the solenoid valve rapidly and accurately to control the oil press of the clutch effectively, which creates the basic conditions for shift control of the hydraulic automatic mechanical transmission.
