Robust Optimization of Engine Mounting System Based on the IGA

ZHANG Xu(School of Transportation Engineering,Hefei University of Technology,Hefei 230009,China)  
On the basis of analysis on both the strong and weak points of different optimization design tech-niques,A 6 DOFs dynamics model for engine mount system is built.An optimization of the mounting system is conducted by using energy decoupling method with maximizing decoupling rate of 6 DOFs mounting system as objective,the stiffness in three directions of each mount as design variable,the IGA was chose to optimize the stiffness of engine.Then,a robustness analysis on the mounting system is performed with MonteCarlo method.The results of analysis show that more than one optimal solutions can not only ensure high decoupling rate of 6 DOFs,but also to ensure the robustness of the mounting system,and hence the quality of products.
