Integration Strategy of Reactor Network Based on Superstructure

A superstructure model of reactor network is developed using plug flow reac- tor(PFR)and continuous stirred tank reactor(CSTR).On basis of the above analyses, a nonlinear program model of the superstructure model can be solved using the transfor- mation of differential equations into algebraic equations.Furthermore,a secondary opti- mization is proposed to solve the reactor network model.The calculation results of a case demonstrate that the optimization approach is valid.
