Model-free Periodic Adaptive Control Method for Linear Motors

According to the periodic characteristics of linear motors,a method of model-free periodic adaptive control is proposed for speed control of the linear motors.The controller design and analysis just depend on the I/O data obtained in the previous periods without requiring exact mathematical model of the controlled system.The compared simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.While the model-free adaptive control is not able to learn from periods,and not suitable to deal with periodic tracking tasks.
