SEPARATION OF OLIGOPEPTIDES BY CAPILLARY ELECTR OPHORES IS USING 9-(2-CARBAZOLE)ETHYL CHLOROFORMATE(CEOC) AS DERIVATIZATION AGENT

A simple and rapid method for the separation of olig opeptides by micellar electrokinetic chromatography using 9_(2_carbazole)ethyl c hloroformate (CEOC) as derivatization agent was developed. The effect of some ke y factors on the separation of oligopeptide derivatives was investigated, and fi ve oligopeptide derivatives were separated with satisfactory results in 6 min. The linear range, the limit of detection and the repeatability were investigated under the selected conditions. The resolution of five oligopeptide derivatives was above 5.0.
