The Research Progress of 5××× Aluminium Alloy

The mechanisms of the Ce,Er,Sc and Zr affecting the microstructures and tensile properties of 5××× alloy have been reviewed,as well as harm of Fe,Si,Na and H.It was expounded that purifying molten aluminium technology,refining technology,grain refinement technology of 5××× alloy semi-continuous casting.Plastic deformation methodology,heat-treatment regimentation,corrosion resistance,welding properties,deep drawing and surface oxidation was introduced.It was expound that its applications,problems and development trend.
