Process parameter's influence on thickness of first neck-section in offset forward spinning

A 3D FEM model for offset tube neck-spinning is established and the spinning process is simulated by means of ANSYS software.The regular of thickness variation with time is studied,and the influence of offset distance,namely reduction,feed ratio and friction on thickness in first neck-section is analyzed.The results are helpful for process parameter optimal design.
