Current Situation and Countermeasure of Professional Development for Ethnic Preparatory Chinese Teachers

The professional development of ethnic preparatory chinese teachers is essential to curricular development.This paper analyses the current situation of course objectives,curriculum rationale,knowledge structure,teaching reflection,and educational research consciousness and ability,for ethnic preparatory chinese teachers,and puts forward corresponding solution countermeasures.
