On line monitoring the effect of efficiency of thermal cycle caused by condenser vacuum

Monitoring the efficiency of thermal cycle is quite difficult because some of the parameters are not amenable for measuring, especially the variation of the efficiency caused by the worsening of the vacuum of the condenser. With the same inlet parameters, when some other parameters of the cycle were changed, no necessity to recalculate the efficiency of the thermal cycle, only using the “equivalent enthalpy drop” method, the variation of the efficiency could be easily calculated, thus, the condition of the thermal cycle is obtained. In this paper, the special feature of this method is utilized for calculating the variation of the index of the cycle caused by deduced the unmeasurable ones. Therefore, the economic index of the thermal cycle can be on line monitored.
