The Application of New Technics and New Materials in the Rehabilitation of the Existing Bridges

As the traffic and truck loadings increase year by year, quite a lot of the bridges on highways and municipal streets are over loaded and in need of strengthening or rehabilitation. In connection with the practice of rehabilitation of Maju elevated bridge on the 2nd loop way in Beijing, the application of the relevant new technics and new materials in reforming and seismic strengthening of the existing bridges are briefly introduced.
