Prediction of Solid Particle Erosion(SPE) Characteristics of the Nozzles of a Super-criticalSteam Turbine Governing Stage and the Measures Against SPE

The motion behavior of solid particles in the nozzle passage of a governing stage of a supercritical steam turbine is numerically analysed. According to the impact position, velocity, angle and the antierosion performance of the material the erosion mechanism and erosion characteristics are analysed, furthermore, the aerodynamic measures and surface strengthening measures for reducing erosion are discussed.
