On the Compulsory Education in the Areas of Minorities from the Rights and Duties

The compulsory education is the fundamental educational method to improve the quality of people in a country. The analysis of the legal relationship between the rights and duties indicates that the compulsory education in the areas of minorities is or should be ”right-oriented”, and the theoretical thoughts should be ready for this task.
