Constructing a Psychological Agreement: the New Strategy of the Faculty Management in New-Built Regular Colleges of Ethnic Minority Areas

In the faculty management in new-built regular colleges of ethnic minority areas,the introduction of the management concept of psychological agreement,that the colleges and teachers should construct a harmonious psychological agreement,has great realistic significance in some aspects,such as to strengthen teachers' cohesion,promote teachers' loyalty to school and satisfaction with their work,improve the work efficiency and result,keep the talented personnel from draining,etc.
