New Crystallization Processing of Glutamic Acid

YU Shu-juan LUO Wen-bo GAO Wen-hong WANG Hong GAO Da-wei (College of Food & Bioeng,South China Univ. of Tech., Guangzhou 510640)  
This paper firstly contrasted the granularities of industrial seeds and the seeds made by magnetic field and solvents. The best crystallization parameters were determined, which included additives, temperature and seeds quantity. It is shown that good crystallization quality were obtained and crystallization rate and purity were increased at the condition.
