Pectin-Extracting with Microwave from Potato Dregs

Using thin sul phuric acid as extraction reagent by microwave radiation,extracting pectin is precipitated by aluminum sulfate from potato dregs.The influence of proportion of reagent and solvent, microwave radiant efficiency, radiant time, pH of the extraction, the volume of saturated aluminum sulfate, pH value of salt out, the volume of liquid without salt taking and the time of liquid without salt taking are studied in single factor test. The results show that the optimum conditions are fifteen times of volume of extraction reagent as large as the weight of the raw material microwave radiant efficiency at 595W for 6 minutes, pH value of extraction for 2.0,the volume of saturated salt out for 5.0, the volume of liquid without salt taking 200.0mL, the time of liquid without salt taking 40min.Under the above-mentioned conditions,the output ratio of pection will rise to 25 percent.
