Progress on the Key Enzymes and Related Genes of Natural Rubber Biosynthesis Pathway from Hevea brasiliensis

The isoprenoid biosynthesis pathway of natural rubber was briefly introduced. The progress of key enzymes and related genes of natural rubber biosynthesis pathway from Hevea brasiliensis (Willdenow ex A. Jussieu) Mueller-Argoviensis was emphatically elucidated, and some questions for further study about isoprenoid biosynthesis pathway were proposed.
