Dry Rubber Yield Related Linkage Markers in Rubber Tree

YAO Qingshou (Binzhou Medical College, Binzhou 256603, Shandong)  
Generations of different yielding levels of three crosses RRIM600×PR107, Reyan 88-13×Reyan 217 and Reyan 88-13×IAN873, and nine high yielding clones of different parents were selected as experiment materials on the basis of their comparative dry rubber yields. BSA and RAPD were used to analyze the linkage markers of dry rubber yield related genes in rubber tree. Primers S8 and S309 were found to link with dry rubber yield related genes in F1 generations of the cross RRIM600×PR107, and primers AI17 and AG19 were correlated with the dry rubber yield respectively in the F1 generations of the crosses Reyan 88-13×IAN 873 and Reyan 88-13×Reyan 217. No yield-related marker was found in all the F1 generations of the three crosses.
