Application of Numerical Simulation in Ceramic Powders Pressing Process

This paper presents the Drucker-Prager-Cap model and the yield criterion used in the FEM(finite element methods) numerical simulation on the ceramic powders forming.The application and problems with ceramic powders shaping numerical simulation in the die pressing process and cold isostatic pressing are discussed,respectively.And the study progress of the FEM analysis on the crack formation and propagation is especially introduced.
