LiNO_3 Molten Salt Assisted Preparation of Well-dispersed Nano-ZrO_2 Particales

Nano-ZrO2 particals were successfully prepared by reverse precipitation using soluble zirconium salt solution and ammonia.The influences of the concentration of the reactant and the calcination temperature on the particle size and morphology of products were researched.Well-dispersed nanoparticles can be got with the addition of surfactant,azeotropic distillation desiccation and molten salt assisted calcination.The products were characterized by the TG-DTA,TEM,XRD and BET,respectively.Results show that the cubic nano-ZrO2 particals of about 15 nm with good dispersibility can be synthesized under the optimized experiment.
