Failure Analysis on Excess Wear of Rolling Bearing of Motors for Supply Blower

The wear failure reasons of rolling bearing on YKK630-6 motor were analyzed by scanning electron microscope,photoelectric direct reading spectrometry and infrared spectrum.The results show that the key reasons which resulted in the excess wear of rolling bearing are that the failure of grease resulted in direct contact friction between the friction pair of metals.In addition,the bearing inner-ring surface was burned and peeled by electric discharge which accelerated the wear of bearing during the bearing rolling.
