According to the molecular design,a new graft copolymer macromolecular coupling agent(LMPB-g-MAH) was synthesized by grafting maleic anhydride(MAH) onto the low-molecular-weight polybutadiene liquid rubber(LMPB) with solution polymerization,and it was used as a surface modifier to modify AlN nano-particles;IR,particle size analysis,TEM,TGA,contact angle experiments and the dispersion stabilization were used to study LMPB-g-MAH and nano-AlN.The test results showed that MAH has grafted onto LMPB;The optimum graft degree(GD %) and loading are 9%~11% and 10%~12% respectively to modify the AlN nano-particles with LMPB-g-MAH.When the loading of the modified AlN nano-particles is 0.2 wt%,the antifriction performance and the load capability of Changcheng lubricating oil(H-286) is improved obviously,and PB is increased highly from 1000 N to 1376 N.
