Inundation and investment analysis for large and medium reservoirs

Reservoirinundationlossis an importantfactorfor determining design scheme of project,and compensation investmentforreservoirinundationtreatmentis a componentoftotalprojectinvestment.Theresettlementinvestmentisrelated withthe production and living conditions ofrelocatees and the restoration and development of national economy in reservoir area.Through comparison and analysis ofinundationfiguresand date of7 reservoirs notfarfrom one another,theinundation characteristics ofeachreservoirhavebeen madeclear.Thecomparisonand analysisofcompensationinvestmentforruralreset tlementdemonstratethatthevariationofaveragecompensationinvestmentperpersoninasamepricelevelyearisinfluenced by variousfactors,the compensation investmentforspecialfacilities cann○t be averaged by the population below the inundation line.Compensationinvestmentbudgetestimateforreservoirinundationtreatmentis a policy sensitive ,complicated technical work.Percapitainvestmentlevelcan notbesimplyassessed withtheresultsoftotalinundationcompensationinvestmentdivid ed byinundated population.
