STUDY ON LAYOUT PATTERN OF BURNERS AND NO_x EMISSION FROM THE BOILER

The influence of burners' layout pattern for two typical tangentially firing boilers upon the burning process of pulverized coal and air flow in the burners' region has been analysed and studied.The results of practical application show that the layout pattern of lean coal type burners is beneficial to control the formation of NO_x in the initial stage of combustion;adopting low NO_x burning technology + layout pattern of lean coal type burners can further reduce NO_x emission from large-capacity boilers.
