Soot-blowing optimization of boiler heating surface based on thermal performance mechanistic model and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation

Against the fouling and slagging problems occurred on convection heating surface of boilers,an clean factor based online monitoring method for pollution degrees of the heating surface was put forward,by using the calculating method combining theoretical heat transfer coefficient with the actual one.On the basis of the theoretical model and actual measured data,the boiler performance was predicted,the pretreatment method for real time collecting the thermal parameters was provided,and the economic efficiency of fouling and soot-blowing processes was analyzed.Moreover,considering multiple factors related to the soot-blowing,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the boiler soot-blowing was established.Finally,the soot-blowing optimization model of the boiler heating surface based on thermal performance mechanistic models and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was proposed to optimize the determination of soot-blowing.At last this model was applied in simulator of a subcritical 300 MW unit.The results show that,under rated load condition,the optimal time interval of soot blowing for the superheater is 9.14 h.
