Scientific understanding of African swine fever and correct identification of diseased pork

African swine fever was an acute,heat and highly contagious infectious disease of pig,and it had the characteristics of high incidence and high mortality. African swine fever was not a zoonosis,other animals had no infection in this virus except pig,and it couldn't infect human,and the virus could be killed through high temperature,high acid or high alkaline environment. Pork was a traditional meat consumption product of Chinese residents,and consumption accounted for more than 60% of the total meat consumption. In order to avoid purchasing diseased pork,except purchasing pork with quarantine inspection qualification mark in regular shopping malls,supermarkets and wet market,consumers still need to master the basic identification methods.
