A Novel and Functional Dust-removal Device of the Ring-grid and Dynamic Type

A novel and functional dust-removal device of the ring-grid and dynamic type has been made by adopting an advanced aerodynamic profile and by using fluid calculation techniques. Its operating principle is similar to that of a traditional louver-type dust removal device, but its dust removal efficiency is considerably higher. Moreover, the device under discussion features a variety of merits, such as a simple construction specific to a mechanical dust removal device, low fabrication cost and ease of maintenance. Other advantages include a low operating resistance, a small space occupied, corrosion and high-temperature resistant properties, the absence of secondary pollution and a unique flexibility in the selection of installation modes. It can be widely employed in various engineering sectors, such as cement making, electric power generation, metallurgical and chemical enterprises, food and tobacco processing and lumber processing, etc.
