The Internal and External Factors Effect on the Physiological Functions of Dietary Fiber

Many kinds of food, such as bread, cracker and noodles etc.which have been intensified by dietary fiber have some functional properties and many physiological functions. These functions of dietary fiber are affected by many factors because of its physical and chemical chaaracters. This article will explain some factors, which affect on the functions of dietary fiber.
