The current studing of functional oligosaccharides and their application in food

: Functional oligosaccharides,as the basic material of function food,are becoming the hot point of study in the world.They can keep intestinal balance,prevent dental caries and other diseases.It is very popular for using in food in Japan,United States and some European countries,but it is only beginning in China.In this paper,current studies of oligosaccharides and their application in food will be reviewed.And market prospect will also be discussed briefly.
