Determination of minocycline,Oxytetrocycline,tetracycline,chlortetracycline,methacycline and doxycycline in milk products with LC-MS

This thesis developed a LC-ESI-TRAP-MS method for Minocycline,Oxytetracycline,Tetracycline,Chlortetracycline,Methacycline and Doxycycline in Milk Products.The massspectrometer was operated in the positive ion mode using multiple reaction monitoring.Minocycline,Oxytetracycline,Tetracycline,Chlortetracycline,Methacycline and Doxycycline could be qualitatively and quantitatively determined with this method at the same time.The limit of detection is 0.5 and 4.0 μg/L,and the limit of quantitation are 0.6~4.5 μg/L in milk and 6.0~45.0μg/kg in powdered milk.The linear plots were obtained between 4.0 and 100.0 μg/L.Overall recoveries were between 56.1 and 104.9%,and RSD value were 2.5% and 15.0%.The advantages of this method were as follows,simplified operation,shorter operation time,and higher sensitive.
