Numerical simulation on three-dimensional turbulent flow in a exhaust gas turbine stage cascade for supercharged marine boiler

By way of solving a three-dimensional viscous and compressible Reynolds Navier-Stokes equation,a numerical simulation on the three-dimensional turbulent flow was carried out in the exhaust gas turbine Stage Cascade for Supercharged Marine Boiler.The simulation has been accomplished through the adoption of a full three-dimensional numerical simulation technique and "mixed plane" method for the transfer of interstage parameters and by using a κ-ε dual-equation turbulent flow model and Coupled Implicit Solver.A law is presented,which governs the variation of some parameters at the outlet of the turbine stage cascade along the blade height direction,such as static pressure,total pressure,velocity,as well as total temperature and static temperature,etc.The results can provide guidelines for aerodynamic optimization design of the exhaust gas turbine Stage Cascade.
