Improvement Method of Fuel Supply Characteristics for Fuel Pump Regulator

Fuel pump regulator is the core member of aircraft engines; its fuel properties are directly relat-ed towhether the engine can operate reliably and make engine performance into full play. Based on a gas tur-bine starter fuel regulator for the research, the improved method of starting and acceleration fuel characteris-tics of the product was explained. Mainly through the method of pulse-width modulation(PWM) solenoidvalve, the starting fuel supply characteristics were modified. The feedback and matching of signal were real-ized by its controller and sensor. And the feasibility of improvement method was validated by test.
